Pumpkin Peanut Butter Biscuits:

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup pumpkin puree

    • 1/4 cup peanut butter (make sure it's xylitol-free)

    • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

  • Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Mix pumpkin puree and peanut butter until well combined.

    • Gradually add flour, stirring until the dough forms.

    • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and use cookie cutters to create shapes.
